Agenda:
ORGANISER OF THE HACKATHON: LUkraine (Luxembourg)
47 young Ukrainians aged 15-29 spent a day and a half with us in Luxembourg, working in teams on projects inspired by Ukrainian culture and heritage.
The war has spread our generation all over Europe. People are studying new languages and starting careers in places they never planned to live. Many feel a bit alone with their Ukrainian identity. This hackathon was a chance to put that aside for a couple of days and just be together, with people who understand.
By the end, five teams had developed and presented their solutions to the jury. Each one was unique, innovative and special, and you could feel how much the teams cared about what they were building.
That’s what we believe in: when young Ukrainians stick together, they don’t just keep their culture alive, they build something new with it. Something for the future, whether that future is here in Luxembourg or back home in Ukraine
