ABOUT THE PROJECT

The UAnited project aims to empower young Ukrainian refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) through innovative activities that address educational and socialchallenges. It incorporates four work packages focused on management, innovation, art-based empowerment, and sustainability.

The project aligns with Erasmus+ priorities by addressing youth empowerment, inclusion, diversity, and resilience in response to the war in Ukraine.

LUkraine (Luxembourg)

Focus: Supporting Ukrainian youth through education, mental health services, and community-based initiatives. Strengths: Extensive experience in psychological assistance, educational programs, and humanitarian projects. Role: Lead partner in coordinating activities and implementing initiatives in Luxembourg.

Web2Learn (Greece)

Focus: Open innovation and digital education solutions. Strengths: Expertise in designing youth-led hackathons, workshops, and digital resource creation. Role: Facilitating innovation-driven activities and integrating digital tools into project methodologies.

Charitable Foundation of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry “Stand with Ukraine”

Focus: Psychological rehabilitation, education, and cultural integration for displaced youth. Strengths: Extensive network in Ukraine and proven success in organizing support programs for war-affected youth. Role: Implementing psychological and educational support activities for internally displaced youth.

Liberitutti Societa Cooperativa Sociale (Italy)

Focus: Social inclusion, education, and cultural exchange for vulnerable groups, including refugees. Strengths: Management of youth centers, innovative education programs, and reception facilities for Ukrainian refugees. Role: Hosting cultural exchange workshops and supporting Ukrainian youth in Italy.

WP2: Youth-Led Innovation: Focused on empowering youth to co-design innovative solutions to educational challenges.
This package includes needs analysis, ideation workshops, and hackathons. WP3: Art-Based Empowerment: Art-focused activities aim to promote peacebuilding, psychological recovery, and community engagement. Activities include art therapy sessions, exhibitions, and cultural exchanges.
WP4: Sustainability and Impact: This package ensures that project results are replicable and sustainable. Key activities include creating open-access resources, organizing multiplier events, and publishing sustainability reports.
